Why one relaxing song is enough

A playlist invites skipping. One song asks nothing more of you.

Pick one specimen

Open the herbarium, tap a mount, and stay with it. The second time through you will notice things you missed.

Keep it pressed

The Keep button in the player loops the song that is playing for 15, 30 or 60 minutes, then fades over the last minute. Same idea as the ten-hour versions people leave on overnight — just honest about the length.

Put the phone down

Once it is playing, you do not need the screen. The music will stop on its own when the keep timer ends.
